Fair Housing
It’s illegal to discriminate against people in housing based on race, color, sex, national origin, religion, disability, or family status according to both state and federal law. Our rental criteria is based upon things like landlord reference, income, creditworthiness, criminal background check and reasonable occupancy limits.
